Ward Panel Meeting (closed) Elect a new Chair

Afternoon

Hope this email finds you somewhere cool.

Due to being unable to contact Caroline Edwards and receiving 'No apologies' for not attending quite a few meetings, it has been suggested we elect a new Chair.

If I'm honest I have never done this before so please advise if I'm doing it wrong

I suggest we have a Ward Panel meeting on 20/08/2026 18:30 at the rear of Hornchurch Police Station, where a Chair can be voted for.

Please find attached the Ward Panel Handbook.  Hopefully this will help in your decision making.

If you are interested and willing to be put yourself forward I suggest you let me know?

The teams new Sergeant, Sgt Luxton will be attending

Finally although it needs to be confirmed, but perhaps pencil in your diary, the new St Andrew's Councillors Attree, Brown and Cowie will be attending to introduce themselves to the SNT and yourselves on 09/09/2026 18:30
